Is this a baby btA?

Yes this is a small clone, one of your anemones must have split.

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

Bubble tip anemones can reproduce sexually. This can only happen though if there is a male and female, and if you started with one then that means that they are all either male or female. So, reproducing sexually is impossible, unless you have a male and female bubble tip. This is from an anemone splitting.
