So I went to reefapalooza and picked up what I believe is a black widow nem. Anyone have thoughts

That’s looks more like a Sherman but would need pic of the webbing/mouth area
 
Could be a Sherman. I believe the black widow has a spider web type pattern in white on the oral disk whereas the sherman just has white lines near the mouth. I could be wrong but I bought one similar and had the same question and that was the understanding I got from people familiar.
 
With nems i would say you have to buy them with the lineage/sold as x, y, or z. Can’t just say it is, even though it looks exactly like.
I back this statement. It's way to tough nowadays I've heard people say Sherman's tentacles are more orange than a black widow mine are super red. I've seen pics of the foot and it wasn't bright pink like mine was.
