Lots of convos on dino here. I would suggest mack dinoflagellates page of Facebook. You need a microscope to identify tho.

No you can't mix some types of anenome.

You'll want to do your own research on BTA compatibility and then decide if you want to give it a shot. Some believe that some high-end BTAs don't mix well with others. There are tons of threads here on R2R. I suggesting doing your own research because 1) there's a lot to cover (too much for one post) and 2) you'll want to compile everyone's thoughts to develop your own understanding of what may be happening and how to counteract it.

For example, if you come to conclusion that you believe that there is some sort of chemical interaction happening (allelopathy) then possible ways to mitigate it are UV sterilization or use of carbon.

Also, depending on who you talk to, some believe that Cc supernovas and infernos are CSB morphs.

I don't know where in Maryland you are, but if you are willing to drive to Maybe the Richmond area of Virginia, I can give you as many rainbow BTA's you can take!! Seriously, I have probably over 50, and I only really want 1 or 2. I started with one about 2 years ago, and they have taken over!!

Don't look too much into names. Some are the same just photoshopped to bring out more color.

So far I've kept black widows and RBTA's perfectly happy in a 5G tank. Almost a year now.

The only other nems I will add is CSB and joker aka green bta. I thought about a nexus but if it splits wrong, there goes that cool color shift.

I probably will have a frag tank set up since you have rainbows I'd like the craziest variation since im collecting rare bta for a nem frag tank

Rainbows don't have crazy variations nor are they rare. They're all just called rainbows. If you want to focus on "rare" you're probably better off staying away from rainbows altogether.

In terms of setting up a farm, one option is to set up different systems for each morph/strain you plan to keep. It'd be a selling point to mention that they're all farmed separately without any risk of allelopathy. You can start small with a couple of systems, one holding CSBs and the other with Black Widows, for example. You can bring separate systems online as you collect more morphs.

i would do the same. it is why they are willing to just give them away. split like crazy and no one wants them anymore. then there is also the possibility of it not being compatible with other more expensive nems.
i end up just dropping them off at my lfs and lucky if they give me $5 store credit for it

I know but if I get a rainbow i would get one with a genetic variation as in a color.mutation
