This is what I was told when I bought it. Doesn't like high flow. Very temperamental.

Yes, Merletti. Low flow and med light. You can try feeding it to get it healthy.
 
It just never seems happy, I feedit mysis, it's in a low flow semi shaded area. It opened up great first few months. Now it's being stubborn, lol. It gets bumped into constantly though, that's why I'm trying to trade or sell it. Not that it's worth much.
 
I see this is a couple months old but...It looks like maybe vermetid snails on the base of the coral which can irritate it. I would clean the cyanobacteria around it and give more light
