Yes, unless it's bright red (this would indicate it's a fireworm, and you definitely don't want any of those).

to you, if you accidentally grab one that's under a rock you pick up, not so much.

I found a couple in my nano tank. Picked up a file fish yesterday. Heard it eats algae and bristle worms. He seemed pretty busy picking at the rock work last night.

Not all that harmless in my tank. I caught one eating the center out of one of my mushrooms. It looked like a bagel as a result.
