Is this a Condy or LTA? Please help ID

Petco sold this to us as a Condy, when researching on some other threads, we suspect we might have actually bought an LTA? Need some more experienced opinions!

Looks like condi. LTA have spots like the pic below.

As Eagle showed in the pic, an lta has those dots on them. I don't see them on your's
