I'm not sure what is in this picture. It is also in the 1st part of the video, the 2nd part of the video moves to what I am more confident is a small feather duster. I'm new to the hobby, appreciate the help!

That's aptasia. Feather dusters have many more tentacles than that and aren't translucent brown like aptasia.
Yep, yep. Bigtime. Peppermint Shrimp have been known to handle them. You do have other options such as Filefish or CBB (if you're tank is big enough).
