That is what it is being sold as but I'm not so sure. Any opinions and thoughts are appreciated

Does not look like a lobo to me, maybe a button coral?
 
Looks a lot like this cynarina indophyllia macasaarensis.

I won the eBay auction for this coral @ $28
it arrived today and much to my surprise it is a lobo. At least I'm pretty sure as it has a definite branching base.
