is this a type of tunicate?

This has been living under a piece of live rock in my tank. Any idea what it is? Not sure is tunicates have "teeth". Thanks!

I haven't tried to touch it, but when I shine a light on it, it closes up and if I leave the light on it for a bit, it kind of shrinks into itself a little..

It's definately a tunicate and the "teeth" are filtering tentacles.
