Is this algae? If so what type?

I need some assistance. I set this tank up 2 months ago. It is a 75 gallon with a 30 gallon sump with fuge. I am running a Reef Octopus 110. Nitrates are around 5ppm. Ammonia and Nitrite are at 0. The tank was started BRS dry reef rock. I added 2 small pieces of live rock from a friends tank to help with seeding. Lights are SB Reef Lights 32 wifi. This is my 3rd tank and I have never had a huge algae issue but I have been fighting one with this tank for 3-4 weeks now. I only have 4 chromis in it which were added after the cycle ended. I am only feeding once a day. I don not have a phosphate test kit but just added a BRS dual reactor with GFO and carbon 3 days ago. I also just upgraded my clean up crew. My question is what is this and what would you do from this point?

Either bryopsis or a type of caulerpa. Looks like. If caulerpa cuc should eat it. And dual reactor will help. If bryopsis get rid of it asap. Nothing really eats it and its quite invasive. :-(

If its Bryopsis
Recommendations for getting rid of it and what do you think caused it in such a young tank?

It can come from anywhere at any time. Does your friends take have it? Or did it? Could get it with water from fish or cuc. Anywhere. I think the onlysuccessful method other than manual is kents magnesium. Something in it appears to kill bryopsis.

I have not seen any in my friends tank and the rock was very clean. One piece even came out of his fuge which had been in the dark for a couple months. As far as water from the fish or CUC. I drip acclimate everything and pour the water off and only add the fisg and CUC. I only say that because I take all precautions not to get something like this and it still happens. I am beyond frustrated at this point.

One thing I do want to add, I am noticing the color of the algae is much lighter to almost white on the sprouts that first appeared. I am hoping the additional water changes and GFO may be helping.
