Is this an infected wound?

So I was feed in my clownfish and other fish tonight and saw that the female clown have a puffy white spot on it, and whenever white lighting is on, it looks black. All the fish are currently in a quarantine tank because my tank has ich in it. So, I am treating the quarantine tank with copper. Current livestock in the quarantine tank is a tomini tang, who I suspect is the culprit, a Midas blenny and another clown. If it is an infected wound, would the treatment for it be safe to use with copper power. Here are some pics:

Sorry, I’m struggling to see what you’re describing. I think this is likely a minor injury from scrapping with another fish.

Is this fish still feeding and breathing normally today?

It is, but for the last week or so it has been hiding at the entrance to the filtration system and not moving from there except to eat

That does look superficial to me. At least, being a single spot, you can rule out the main communicable diseases; ich, Brook, velvet and flukes.

Yes - watch for any change in the lesion, but also changes in the fish’s feeding, breathing, and overall demeanor.

Looking at the swelling again - I first just thought it was a chonky clown, but just an fyi - kidney or liver failure can cause generalized edema, excess fluids inside the fish. Typically though, that goes along with protruding eyes that I don’t see here.

It is tough to see, but this looks superficial to me. The color change may be from it healing. I also can’t see the “swelling” that I saw in the other picture.

It is still a little swollen but not as much as it was previously
