Temp is at 78, Ph at 8 and and the rest i gave in post above (i dont test for Alk, Ca and Mg yet). I do weekly wc at 35%. Light is Kessil A360WE at around 25% and MJ1200 for flow/return.
Light and flow is fine. But lighting acclimate for new Nem is always a good step to do when introduce a new nem.
Wc35% weekly is a little too much maybe(I’m not sure) since your tank is new, let bacteria populate. You are not having heavy load, so 20% every 2 weeks, or 10% weekly would be better IMO. Water change sometimes can stress the nem if the fresh saltwater does not match what is inside the tank

Good advice above.
Sorry to hear that it didn't make it.
That's is quite odd for nem to died that quick. Even if it not healthy, it usually take at least a few weeks.

Sorry for your loss.
I have had one that melted really fast. Was not healthy to start. Definitely age your tank a bit. Nems like old tanks with lots of stability.
