Is this Blue Hypnea or Ochtodes?

Are these Blue Hypnea or Ochtodes. I’ve been told already by some that it’s ochtodes, although the listing I bought it from had it as blue hypnea so I’m just double checking just in case. Wanting more opinions. (If the guys that told me it was ochtodes see this then I’m sorry for doubting you lol)

I'm not familiar with this algae, but I did a reverse image search and it comes up as blue ochtodes
