I ordered him online and been treating for parasites and I thought this was a wound he got from scratching against surfaces.
He swims wobbly
Breaths rapidly
Isn't eating much
I've added eSHA Gdex and eSHA 2000 to the tank for current treatment

Need clearer pics and side pics to determine overall issues but the area under chin looks to be a wound with bacterial issue. You can isolate fish into a separate tank and treat with Ruby Rally pro which will address any issues with breathing , brook and bacterial however more effective with the area under chin will be Seachem Kanaplex with added aeration using air stone![]()

The tank has an air stone and being treated with eSHa 2000 (European brand) for fungal and skin infectionsYes and is disrupted tissue from infection. Seachem Kanaplex with added aeration is your best bet
You need broad spectrum and should have access to Seachem Kanaplex. If not, use Tri-sulfa or Waterlife myxazinThe tank has an air stone and being treated with eSHa 2000 (European brand) for fungal and skin infections
Esha 2000 is designed for freshwater aquaria not saltwater/reef tanks. it contains Ethacridine lactate Copper sulphate Proflavine hemisulphate. Obviously copper cannot be used in invertebrate tanks or coral tanks - in addition without levels it's difficult to know what you're doing. Ethadcridine is basically acridine. Proflavine is basically an acriflavine derivative. In any case - not for use in saltwater, only for use in a hospital - freshwater non-invertebrate tank.
