Is this brooklynella?

Hello all,
I have a very concerning problem and I need your help! Earlier this week I bought this clownfish, couple days later he had mucus appear on one of his eyes and I am concerned that this is brooklynella. Is this brocklynella? And what would be the best way to treat this?
