is this brown jelly disease?

Hi Everyone,
Just walked by my tank and one of my torches wasn't open and I noticed something on top of it.. is this brown jelly disease and if so what's the best course of action? also some got blown by a powerhead, if it is will it spread? Thanks Gus

Did this happen rapidly?
If it is brown Jelley it moves quick.
Get the affected coral out of tank. And move any lpa that was near it and moniter other lps for signs

Thank you for the quick replies!! Yesterday it didn't open much and today as well and just seemed to have a coating on it.. If I remember correctly about 8 months ago when I got this torch another head also just died and I think it might have had a slime coating as well could it just be it's dying and not brown Jelly? Hoping because some did blow around in the tank..
