Is this colour returning? Or is it bleaching?

I've got this frag of poccilopora. It was rather browned out i think. I've embarked on reducing my nutrients and increasing my light in an effort to regain colour. Here is how it's turning out, but I'm not sure if this is colour returning, or is it bleaching?

Salinity 1.026
Temp 25.5
Phos 0.06
Nitrates 3
ph 8.1

Appears to be holding its own. These are die hards and require moderate lighting and water flow and salinity range of 1.024-1.026 and temp 77-79

I just wanted to make sure they are in good health. How hardy an animal is, there is still a range that it can "tolerate" vs "thrive".
