Is this cyano?

I got a bloom of this algae in my tank and thought is was cyano but not 100% sure, I know the picture isn't great but wanted you to see how it's kinda thready and even though there's flow it doesn't deattach unless I blast it with Turkey baster. Any help will be appreciated.

If you can blast it off with a turkey baster its most likely cyano.
