Do the O2 bubbles on the algae go away when the lights turn off?

Parameters?
 
It looks like several different types of nuisance algae. I would be using manual removal and urchins to deal with it (but don't bother with pencil urchins).

i had 3 wild urchins 1 died shortly after i got it so i have 2 left i also have a seahare that i have had for about 5 months also few mexican turbo snails
