Have a Nero 3 at about 30-50% power

But not sure if I should increase to get more of a sway or if this is good. I have mixed reef with some sps and softies but mainly lps corals

Looks good to me.

They need moderate flow, so when they shed it can easily come off.

Agreed,,shroom is open and happy, looks good to me OP!
