Is this goniopora ok?

Hello, my friend Fragged some green goniopora recently and he wanted to know if it was ok because for some reason it’s skeleton is black and not white and the colony he framed it from is 2 years old and is growing more and more and he keeps the frag in the same tank as the original colony he fragged it from so can you please tell me if this goniopora looks ok?

They are very finicky. If he is new to your tank, give him time. Find medium flow/ light area to start off. See if and how he reacts. If he dosent like it try another spot. Good luck, they are hard to keep. Mine was out and about last week, and now for the last week he is being shy. No reason, and have no clue why. I moved him, maybe that will help.
