Hi everyone, new to posting but Im hoping someone here can help ID this hermit crab? Is it reef safe?

I don’t buy hermit crabs often but when I do I always go for blue legs. I guess this one snuck into a batch and has been in my 120g mixed reef tank for a while. I’ve only noticed it recently because it’s grown big and is using a bigger shell no blue leg has ever occupied.

Thank you for your help. Sorry the photos are saturated in blue. This orange claw link seems to be a match.

No problem. It says they get bigger than the blues, but are totally reef safe. Not sure if it’s an upgrade - but at least you know it’s not one you have to deal with.
