Is this how the last AIO filter baffle should look?

I’ve been tinkering with my filter for a while trying to get it right but I think the pump is to powerful as it just drains the last baffle halfway and I’m afraid it doesn’t filter properly when it is like that. Is it meant to be overflowing on the last baffle where I have marked? If I leave the duck flow attachment on the outlet it doesn’t seem to let enough water in

The last chamber should be the lowest as water evaporates out, if the pump is too powerful, then your water turnover will be greater and you can add more water in to the last chamber to keep it at the level you want. I wouldn’t worry about water not getting filtered if the turnover is higher (which is actually better). Not sure if I answered your question however.
