Is this Ich?

Can someone tell me if this is ich on my blenny?

I just noticed these spots today, I don't think they were on him yesterday as I did a water change and was looking at the tank closely.

He still has a good appetite but does seem to be a bit lethargic and not open water swimming as much.

I've never dealt with ich in a marine setting before but I know it is not good. I will try to set up quarantine tank today but is it even worth it at this point?

Mighta gotten squeezed between rocks.

Ich wouldn't be so localized. Typically would be white dots randomly spread over his body.
