Noticed it after i blasted my sandbed with a turkey baster fish is acting normal not rubbing up against anything and still eating normally

It certainly looks like it. Just to be sure, when did it show up, are any other fish infected, what was the most recent addition (and when), and was the fish quarantined previously?
All fish should be treated in qt with copper power at 2.25 ppm for 30 days, and the dt should remain fishless for at least 60 days.

The coral beauty has significant less spots today he’s still healthy no flashing or scraping up against rocks this tank is just full of damsels clownfish and the coral beauty I don’t think I’m gonna QT im probably just gonna feed healthier and do management not eradication

This is him today for reference I also just beat dinoflagellates and the tank is still stabilizing this coral beauty may have always had ich and he just had a breakout from the stress

It doesn't look like Ich to me. No way your fish would have that many Ich Trophonts on him after stirring up the sandbed and a few hours later. Plus, it's mostly on top of his body which would make sense if it was silt. I would keep an eye on him for now and your other fish. They should be showing signs also.

I generally have a feeling it’s just sand and debris from me blasting Dino’s these past few weeks especially considering all the fish are behaving normally I will keep an eye out
