It does look possibly like ich. My goby has a couple of spots like that though and the LFS asked me to watch him for a couple of days because sometimes they injure themselves running through rock work. In my case that’s all it was and it fell off and he was fine. Is your clown rubbing against rocks or sand?

I would remove him to QT and treat him asap.
CopperSafe and Ruby Reef or PolypLab Reef Safe Medic I think are all good options.
I didn’t realize my whole message didn’t show up…. I’d use the Coppersafe first since it really covers those things that are most probable.

I can't see the video above, but maybe one of the R2R Fish Medic guys can take a look, just to confirm what may be going on here.

Good luck!

The spots are the wrong color to be ich, and the clown is breathing a bit fast. Could be flukes.

Did you LFS have an answer and product to help you?
Sorry u would not believe the san jose traffic haha They said it doesnt look like itch and it could be hosting the sand ur sum but other then that the eating he said might be something to do with his stomach so maybe parasite i got garlic power to help other then that they said he will live might get a doser just to make sure my parameters are stable stable
