Is this normal for my chalice?

I just setup my nuvo 40 5 weeks ago.
All my parameters are ok.
I do water changes every week. I only have two clown fish and some zoas.
Is this normal for my chalice?

Yes, a lot of LPS will send out tentacles. whether to feed or to sting stuff near them for growth.
