As long as there are not additives, then sure. You can also try and feed algae pellets or flakes. There are likely some nutritional differences between nori and dried seaweed, but not many people actually use dried seaweed in their tanks (at least as far as I am aware).

It doesn't look like there are any additives but I would keep in mind that the back label mentions made on shared equipment that also process soy, sesame, and sunflower oil and it could potentially be something to worry about getting into your tank.- Raven
