IMG_0435.JPG IMG_0426.JPG Clogs up my powerheads in my sump. Been dealing with it for a long while now - maybe 6 months. Never really gets better or worse. I keep up with maintenance. Will post info if needed. Tank just hit one year birthday.

are you carbon dosing?(maybe bacteria). Using Rodi no TDS?
I assume its slimy? not soft w texture?

No carbon. Yes RO. No DI. TDS is 25. Nitrate is 2-5. No nitrite, phosphate or ammonia. It's slimy and stringy without texture.

I have something like that that gathers in air pockets under the rim of my tank. Food gets caught under there and makes a nasty gunk. How heavy do you feed?

I feed lrs every other day. I would say I feed light/medium.
