Is this Ricordea fully opened?

I know they like low light and i've been thinking of shifting it back in the slight shady part of the other rock to the right. However ive had this for about 2 months and it hasn't grown too much. i haven't been able to decide if this is fully open or not but this is about as big as it will usually get. it hasn't grown any new heads while all my other corals are growing like weeds.

Fir a ricordea- that is full shaped but not full size as they can get to 3" round average
