Is this the beginning of brown jelly?

Hello all, My frogspawn hasn't been opening fully for about a week? I noticed the flesh that was always white has this brownish red color on it as shown in this picture. The picture was taken with the lights off. Is this brown jelly or something else?

Unfortunately , I have had to deal with BJD a lot in my reefing career, and that does not look like BJD to me. If you want, you could try to take some closer pictures but maybe just check all of your parameters first.
