Is this what new clam growth looks like?

I can’t really tell if this is her mantle or shell. But when she retracts I can still see some white. She seems happy so I’m hoping this is what new growth looks like

That’s the most important thing to look for. If you don’t see the white edge of new growth .... clam usually ends up dead.
