Fought these months ago but starting to see the dreaded strands pop up around the tank. Oddly enough my nitrate is at 41 and phosphate at 0.58. I always thought Dinos only happen in zero nutrients? Does this look like the start of Dinos?

Reduce white light intensity for a week and add 1.5ml of liquid bacteria per 10 gallons during the day. . Does not look like progressive dino so you should be a step ahead of it
