Isolation boxes

hey guys!

So I recently added two butterflies to my 200 gallon tank and I honestly thought that there would be no problem since I already had some fish in the tank. I didn’t think I would have problems with aggression but I was very wrong. I thought my goldrim tang was going to be the aggressive one but it turned out to be my Koran angel who wasn’t liking the idea of the new members. I placed him in an isolation box, and he’s been in there for two days now. I just wanted to ask you guys if these isolation boxes work. Is there any hope that my Koran angel will calm down so I can let him back out?

Isolation boxes or social acclimation boxes are great. They may not help in every single instance, but they work in most cases.

I’m hoping that it works in this case. I had never seen my Koran angel act that way.
