我整个集水坑里的活石上长满了细细的白色毛状生长物。有人知道这是什么东西吗?另外,这会对我的鱼和珊瑚造成伤害吗?

Do they move?
It looks like micro starfish to me.
If they are hard and easily crushed, just a harmless worm that grows in shaded/dark places. They form a thin, calcium carbonate “tube”

Most likely Serpulidae or Sabellidae tube worms. Harmless filter feeders, but they can spread over entire rocks and throughout the filter sump. They won't cause any issues besides from a "cosmetic" perspective. If you don't like how they luck you can brush the tubes off with a toothbrush.

See the fourth post on page 2 of my microscopy thread. Overall post #24 in the thread: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/microscopy-thread.1138845/post-14064724

Note that you will need to use a webbrowser instead of the app in order to see the video. The R2R staff is already trying to fix the issues with the app. It won't jump to the correct post either when clicking on the link.
