Issues with Epex Energy Bar.

I have the new orange and silver Apex unit. Bought about 3 years ago. I’m now having issues with the new EB8.

Since I upgraded to the new Apex, I also have two of the black EB8s running as well. All of a sudden, none of the outlets on the new EB8 are turning on. I’m connected to the app and can control all the outlets on and off on the two old EB8.

Firmware says it is up to date with number 8. However it says there is no power going to the unit. I’ve plugged it into multiple outlets, all in which were tested and confirmed to have power. So what is going on and how can I fix this?

Your EB832 is likely having the classic 12v PSU problem.
