About a month ago my 7 month old M2 stopped working after a poweroutage. I tried all the resets I could find on the internet and nothing worked.
So I figured I would contact Ecotech the next day.
In the mean time, I grabbed a brand new controller that was for my back up pump.
Plugged it in and the pump fired right up.
So after contacting ETM, and sending them a copy of the sale receipt, they said they would send out a new controller.
So 2 weeks later ( slow dang shipping) I get the controller and plug it in and the same red/orange blinking light that the old one did.
So I call them back and explain what is going on and after numerous hoops I had to jump through this time ( including charging my credit card $98) they send me a new one.
So the same 2 weeks go by and it came today.
I plug it in and the same dang thing. The controller is blinking red/orange. what the heck???
So I put the backup controller back on the pump and it fires right up. Green solid light.
So is this a issue with the M2's now?
Anybody else have 2 new anything from ETM come defective?
