Ist this good flow or too much torch

Just wondering is this good flow or should I reposition my coral

I got 2 gyre style pump on both ends of my tank they run in a scheduled of 30min the left side 30 min the right side and then 30 min both side

What the video shows is both pumps running at 39% random flow

My opinion is that the beginning of that video looked like marginally too much, and then it appeared to ramp up even more.

So I think that is too much, and its also only getting hit from one side.

I did some changes brought the Left one down to 32 and the right to 36 how does it look now
