Using an observation container in tank to do acclimating. Water was a little cloudy but it looks good. Foot is attaching to container already.

Slow rolling on the acclimation. Can't really see it but the mouth is closed up tighter than my.... well you get the point. Love when they come in good shape...

@Eagle_Steve should I try to flush out the mouth with the turkey baster with clean water before putting in the tank after acclimating?

I wouldn't. They will expell a lot of water and bring in fresh

Nem has been in for a few minutes now, foot has attached to the rocks hoping it moves down into the sand. Its balled up but not inflating and deflating no gaping mouth so I think acclimation went well.

You could help it out a little and dig some sand out for it lol. Making the poor thing have to work after all it has been through. Shame on you. Lol

Lololol I did. I sat it in a bowl in the sand. It decided to climb the rock on the backside of the depression I made instead. About half the foot is still on/ in the sand. It is slowly starting to burying itself.

I know i said this in the review but I haven't seen a shimmer and color like that in any led or t5. Incredible lighting

A little chilly but it will do great I'm sure. Looks great out of the box. Low temps dipped to the 30s here overnight so I expected it to be a little cold.
