Jäger aquarium chiller project/ need help.

Hello I have this jäger bar machine chiller I want to make into a aquarium chiller. It has a stainless steel coil the jäger went through. It's about 3/8 line. I think I will have to run a high flow to prevent the water from freezing. Are there any issues with stainless steal coils. ?

Also. It will be set to run mainly as last resort. I have never needed a chiller. It's just sitting around
