I just feed my tank @ 2x a week, broadcast.

Hey everyone I just saw this today my JOL has these tiny "spikes" didn't know if this means anything or I just didn't realize them before also what is the thing on the front of him? Should it be removed or is it harmless? Thanks!

That's the skeleton popping thru might be to much of something or maybe a parameter is off that's stressing it

Could it be to much light? I have it halfway up my tank but I thought it would be ok because my lights aren't turned up that high what would you recommend?

May be too much flow. And the "thing" in the front is a tube worm just a filter feeder my corals grow right over them.
