Jawbreaker/kryptonite

Has anyone tried fragging any of these two? If so how did it go, and what advice can you give other then cutting down the middle. Been tempted but don’t want to lose them as well.

I’ve never cut one in half but I was trying to separate my mother from a frag disc and ended up tearing it pretty good. It healed fine and the piece left behind turned into another shroom.

I have always been curious if cutting these in half will make them more colorful. Like the red or green would stretch into larger areas.
