Jebao DMP 20 reset

Does anyone know how to reset the Jebao using the physical controller? I bought it used and when I try to connect it to the app, it’s says error, device has been bound by another user.

Any help would be appreciated

Following for info's sake. I just bought a NIB DMP-10, so that's not an immediate concern, but I came close to buying a used one, and can see maybe picking up a second in the future.

The only thing I see in the manual that looks even remotely relevant says, in relation to the power button in the middle of the controller: "Short press on/off. Press and hold to reset bluetooth."

Unfortunately wasn’t able to figure out how to so I had to contact the old user and ask them to remove it from their account. Thankfully they did but definitely something to be aware of.

Absolutely, that's very good to know in relation to these pumps. I've been pleased with mine so far and wouldn't be adverse to picking a used one up in the future should I need, and making sure this is taken care of in advance could save a lot of headache.
