Jebao DMP 30 or 40

I’m hoping to get some advice on which I should buy and how many. Hopefully from current users. All advice welcome. I have a 72x24x30 220 gallon mixed reef with a lean towards more sps. Which would be better 4 dmp-30 or 4 40’s?

On that size tank, I'd be looking at the 40s. You can always turn them down, whereas if you had the 30s you may be needing more flow.
