Jebao doser 3.4 Doser only solid red lights

I just got one and when I hold the wifi button for 5 and/or 10 seconds it does nothing. Just solid red lights. Status light is green, but can't connect to wifi or app since I can't get in pairing mode. Used model that the seller is willing to take back, just want to be sure I'm not missing something.

There are 2 different pairing modes for the jebao dosers, I always had to use the more complicated one - I'm sorry I don't recall how to get it into that one though

You hold the button for 10 seconds. I'm saying it doesn't do anything for either. Just solid red lights. I returned it at this point. Thank you though!
