I'd go for two 10's as opposed to one 25. One 10 may be sufficient but I like to take the two pump approach, no chance for laminar flow.

I use a 10g with a OW-25 as a quarantine / observation. Certainly in the 10g the OW-25 is too strong. I keep it on the lowest power setting and still feel that it is borderline overpowered. Not 100% how you will get on with it in the 25 but I would suspect that a single OW-10 about medium power should be okay.

I’ve got a 25 in a 50 gal and it moves a LOT of water. I keep it set at 3. You may want to stick with the 10s.

I currently have the Ow-25 in my Nuvo 20 and looking into getting 2 of the Ow-10s due to the ow-25 is creating a really laminar flow pattern. although i love the ow-25 keeps the bare bottom clean of detritus, i think 2 ow-10s will be a better choice. also i run my ow-25 on else mode for random flow.

I bought 2 ow-10s for my 20 gallon frag tank that I am setting up. I have one going now. I turned my second one on today or should I say tried. It wouldn’t work straight out of the box. Jabeo quality ;). But I agree go with two.
