Thanks! Honestly I'm not totally sure. Things have changed so much but with that said. I have always used mostly dry rock in my builds in the pass as well. Back then I still did the 1-1.5 pounds per g. I will stay close to that now as well. I did add a few more "modular" pieces for height that would be about 45# in DT and I'll put those ceramic blocks in the sump for more surface area.Awesome rockscape! I'm learning/catching up after being out of the hobby for about a decade too. But since we don't buy live rock straight out of the ocean very much and dry rock weighs so much less than wet/live... does the weight matter as much? Looks like you have a good bit of surface area with the different structures and lots of places for coral and also fish to swim around and hide behind. I'm curious if you know about how much the weight matters and how it differs with dry rock? Sorry if I missed it but do you plan to put sand in?
