Recently purchased a BRAND NEW ATI Power Module from them and I have to say that customer service was superb and Ben was contacting me as if he was getting the light from me :wink:
He followed the tracking just as I was and PM'ed me when he saw it got here and was trying to stay updated to make sure I was pleased. This is the best purchase to date I had to of made for my aquarium. Even better is I found an awesome and reliable business to go through for my dry goods!
