3 months ago, the lady wife got very interested in the idea of a reef aquarium - I think that, as a master gardener, the idea of aqua-gardening appealed to her... so, we started doing some research... and some more research... and some more research... we found her a starter setup with a 75g tank, stand and a decent coralife light setup (T5 actinics, MH and moonlights) with a sump... started putting it together, replaced some pumps and... it has begun...

been an utter slacker about updating here - since original shot, we have added live rock, livestock, new lights (a pair of kessil 350w's), new sump with 'fuge, biopellet reactor... and an RO/DI water system from BRS that tucks away under the kitchen sink on utility drawer slides... you know, a couple things :)

added a harlequin shrimp this week - our asterina population has gone nuts, and they are going after the zoas... time to bring in the shrimpinator... sayonara, asterinas...
