I used a 30 gallon tank put a pump in it once a day to stir the kalkwasser.

There's no need or desirability to stir it once it is mixed. :)

So should I have my friend shut the pump off I was under impression over time the kalkwasser needs stirred

I have a bucket full of top off water mixed with kalk constantly being mixed by a small pump, is this ok or will the solution go bad doing it like this? I do have a cover on it.

Mix once then leave it alone. Mixing it cause it to get CO2 from the atmosphere and that cause it to become less potent. Put a lid on it after mixing and let it be.

I used a 30 gallon tank put a pump in it once a day to stir the kalkwasser. I am in the Pacific islands (Palau). The corals here are awsome except the fact that there is a lot of sps bleached

Should not mix it once it has been mixed and settled.

Ok... yeah I can't put a lid on it I'm more then 6k miles away from home. So il just tell friend to shut the pumo uo that stir it

No, that's wrong, unless you are adding more water. Stop stirring after initial mixing. :)
